Do you accept Credit Cards and money orders?
We accept all major credit cards except Discover. There is an additional 5% charge to all credit cards.
We accept all money orders. Please be sure to put the date and time of your event on the memo line.
Do you accept personal checks?
We accept checks if they are received at least 30 days prior to the event. There is a $35 returned check charge. Please call or message before putting a name on the checks, to confirm the right name to be written.
Do you allow Unity Candles?
Sorry. No.
Is a deposit required?
To book a wedding, a $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required.
To book a wedding & reception, a $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required.
To book an all day wedding and reception package, a $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required.
All deposits are nonrefundable and will be deducted from the total cost of the wedding/reception package.
What is the refund policy?
A refund will be issued until 30 days prior to the event.The deposit is non-refundable. The refund will be the total amount paid less the deposit. Less than 30 days prior to the event, no refund will be issued.
What happens if more guests show up than we planned?
If you have more guests show up for the event than what was planned for there will be a $20 per person charge for weddings with receptions.Payment for the additional costs is required at the time of the adjustment. For weddings only the charge goes to the next size.
Is there a refund if less than planned show up?
No refund will be issued in this case.
Does the bride and groom count in the number of guests?
No. Anyone else over the age of five counts.
Can we bring our own minister or notary?
Yes. Make sure they are legal in South Carolina and there is no extra charge for them.
Can we do our own photos and video?
Yes. You may bring your own professional photographer or anyone else for photos and videos
How do we get our photos?
We use DropBox, it is a free app that you can download and save your photos on, as well to save to your phone. Once you get your email, download and save your photos as soon as possible. There is an expiration date. We will also provide a list of how to save your photos and/or how to use DropBox. All photos are raw, we let you do the editing and printing.
Can we bring our own music?
Yes. It must be on a CD that will run on Windows Media. You may also bring your own singers or keyboard. They must have their own sound equipment and power cords.
Do you have to have a South Carolina marriage license to be married in South Carolina?
Yes! Without exception! 24 business hour waiting period. Check license application to follow directions on what you will need to do and have done.
