Terms of Agreement for Services

Non-refundable deposit of $50.00 for wedding packages with balance due 30 days prior to event.
Non-refundable deposit of $200.00 for wedding/reception packages with balance due 30 days prior to event.
Non-refundable deposit of $500.00 for all day wedding package with balance due 30 days prior to event.
All deposits are deducted from total cost.
No money refunded if event is cancelled within 30 days of event.
If more guest come than paid for with the wedding only package the price will be adjusted to the next level up charge and must be paid in full the day of the wedding before you receive marriage license.
If more guest come than paid for in the full wedding/reception package there will be and extra charge of $20.00 per person and must be paid in full the day of the wedding before you receive marriage license.
No refund for less people to come to any event than what was paid for in package.
There is a large dance floor with a sound system.
No outside sound systems allowed.
We do all clean up and wrap all leftover food and cake on serving line for you to take with you.
If you or your guest come earlier than the allotted time, there is an additional fee of $100.00 added and is due before marriage license is released.
If you need extra time for a reception there is an extra charge of $100.00 per hour added and due at end of reception.
Alcohol is allowed but not provided. You must provide all mixers, ice and coolers and cups for alcoholic drinks. You are responsible for your guest at all times.
No kegs or boxed wine or plastic glasses or flutes or confetti or birdseed or silly string allowed! An extra cleaning fee will be charged.
