Looking to plan a birthday party, anniversary, bridal shower, baby shower, engagement party, luncheons, business or more? We have the perfect place to host your party minutes from downtown Aiken!!

Up to 30 Guest:

$175.00 per hour
(4 hour minimum)

30 to 50 Guest:

$200.00 per hour
(4 hour minimum)
Time of booking is a non-refundable deposit of 1 hour ($175.00 or $200.00) to secure your date and will be deducted out of your total. Everything else is due 1 month prior to event date.

What's Included in this Package:

  • 8 rectangle tables with gold chairs for seating.
  • 1 round large round table with gold chairs for seating.
  • Food-line and cake/dessert tables.
  • All tables have white linen, glass top and white flower centerpieces. (Can remove centerpieces).
  • Blue-tooth sound system
  • 2 restrooms
  • 1 refrigerator
  • Veranda with tables and chairs.
  • Parking

Must Provide your own:

  • Catering Service/ Food
  • Plates
  • Silverware/ Utensils
  • Cups
  • Napkins

Decorations:

You may bring your own decorations, clear vase with white flowers can be provided as centerpieces for the tables.

NO NAILS, SCREWS, STAPLES, GLUE, OR TAPE ON WALLS.

NO CONFETTI, SPARKLERS, OR REAL CANDLES.

ANY DAMAGES WILL BE CHARGED TO CREDIT CARD ON FILE.
Rental is for Reception House and Veranda ONLY. No access to chapel, front porch, stairs, gazebo, cottage or main house.

A staff will be onsite during an event to maintain the area.
No staff to your use.

WE ALSO ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS WITH AN ADDITIONAL 5% CHARGE PER PAY.
